GoodTaste.tv The non-profit helps teens and young adults who have special challenges. Eva says her sister Lisa is one of these people and a great inspiration to her at that! Eva was in San Antonio recently to thank major sponsors of the event like Ben E. Keith Foods, HEB, Ancira Automotive Group and CTP among others. For our Goodtaste.tv cameras, she demonstrated how to make her delicious guacamole, one of the recipes included in her cookbook Eva's Kitchen. Eva is as beautiful in person as she is on TV -- inside and out! Saturday's fundraiser was a fabulous evening. In addition to the celebrity poker tournament, San Antonio's top chefs created some incredible dishes in the Goodtaste with Tanji chefs' corner. Boudro's, Francesca's, Paesanos 1604, Rosemary's Catering, The Fig Tree, Biga on the Banks, La Hacienda, Jason Dady, Luke and the Cafe at the CIA contributed as well! Our star chef, however, was Royal Chef Darren McGrady who was Princess Diana's chef. The reception was at the home of Dick and Kristin Tips who were the chairs of this year's event.
